CHRIST-DAILY
PEACE WITH GOD "Therefore, having been justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ" (Rom. 5:1). Peace is often sought after by man, but often hard to find. There are groups who stated that they with the peace movement. There are other groups and even politicians who are avidly seeking world peace through negotiations at peace tables today, as in the Middle East with Israel and the Palestinians. However, peace will not be resolved until the Prince of peace comes back on the scenes to be that person of peace in these tumultuous situations. Jesus Christ is His name! As a Christian, our peace is found
within, NOT
from peace negotiations without. We were initially separated
from our Father through sin. Our Father hates sin. We could not
have a relationship or any fellowship with our Heavenly Father because of
this sin separation gap between us (Eph. 2:12-14). Through love, Jesus
Christ came and willingly gave His life and became the
sin sacrifice for us on the cross.
Christ's finished work on the cross has now reconciled us with the Father
(Eph. 2:15-16). It was all due to His precious shed
BLOOD (Eph. 2:13). Paul said that Christ reconciled all
things to the Father, having made peace
through the blood of His cross. It
is the precious blood of Jesus that covered all sins. It is the
grace of the blood
of Jesus, that has covered every sin,
and through His body even
the law that was against us
before our Father (Eph. 2:15; Col 2:14).
