NO CONDEMNATION IN CHRIST

"There is therefore now no condemnation to those who are in Christ Jesus" (Rom. 8:1).

It is extremely important to know of the 100% grace that comes out of what Christ did and completed on the cross.  When Christ died as the "last Adam" (I Cor. 15:45), He put to death every link that tied us to the first Adam.  The original sin of Adam as well as the death and condemnation from that sin was put to death (Rom. 5:16).  The old man or the Adamic nature was also put to death in Christ on the cross (Rom. 6:6a).  The shed blood of Christ was the ultimate sin sacrifice for every sin and trespass – past, present, and future that we or any individual would ever commit.  Christ fulfilled every jot and tittle of the law in His Jesus of Nazareth body.  When they nailed Him to the cross, they also "nailed to the cross" the law and every ordinance that was against us (Col. 2: 14).

At the Spirit birthing, the Christ nature is now appropriated and exchanged for the old Adamic nature. Christ now lives in us with His Person, Spirit, life, nature and seed. The Christ-life and His nature are totally acceptable with the Father. There is no guilt or condemnation associated with Him nor us any longer, because we are in Him and He is in us. There is no longer an account of a condemnatory sentence or any condemnation with our Father because we are in Christ (Rom. 8:1).  We have Christ's 100% grace appropriated at the Spirit birthing.

"There is therefore no condemnation to those who are in Christ Jesus" – period (Rom. 8:1). There are later manuscripts that add "who do not walk according to the flesh, but according to the Spirit," taken from the text of Romans 8:4b.  Religionists and legalists have tried to duplicate that phrase and place it at the end of verse 1.  There is no genuine reason for this mistranslation.  The Sinacticus text, the oldest full New Testament manuscript located, does not have this added phrase in verse 1.  Considering the truth presented through the Pauline epistles, including Romans, would not in context permit that added contradictory phrase.  The 100% finished work of Christ on the cross was fully accepted by the Father for His justification to raise Christ from the dead.  There is nothing that I could ever do, to add to the 100% freely given grace and justification of Jesus Christ.  There is no condemnation in Christ Jesus!
